Founded Nobono Co., Ltd. in 2012. Currently serves as CEO. Specializes in digital strategy planning and implementation support. With a focus on large-scale projects for major corporations across both B2C and B2B sectors, he has worked with well over 100 client companies.
He is such an avid cook that he even installed a custom open kitchen in his office.

K.TAYA

She studied art in Boston, USA, and majored in architecture in college. As a UX designer who leads experience design, she leverages a broad approach to design centered on design thinking. She has spoken at numerous UX-related events.
In her personal life, she is currently studying to become a wine sommelier.

Z.CHEN

Experience living in Japan: 6 years total (started a vacation rental business after graduating from a Japanese university).
After returning to Shanghai amid the COVID-19 pandemic, joined a top-five cross-border marketing consulting firm in China, where I was responsible for business operations in Western and Southeast Asian markets. I am well-versed in DTC, influencer marketing, and general advertising management.
A cross-border business specialist with both hands-on business experience in Japan and expertise in global marketing gained at a leading Chinese company.

T.OKUNO

A director overseeing web production and CMS development. He excels at building trust-based teams through open communication. Leveraging his careful and meticulous nature, he is able to craft projects with meticulous attention to detail.
In addition to serving as the captain of a corporate basketball team, his typical weekend routine involves going camping with his family. As the weekend approaches, he starts worrying about the team’s performance and the weather.

S.OBE

After working as a data scientist, he joined Nobono.
Leveraging his expertise in causal inference to conduct precise effectiveness evaluations, he is responsible for market research and traffic analysis. He is an expert in data analysis and strategy for digital marketing, specializing in Marketing Mix Models (MMM), category entry points, Bayesian networks, and Markov chain models.
His hobby is mountain climbing, which helps him strengthen both his mind and body. He often starts thinking about his next climb as soon as he finishes descending.

K.KAWANAKA

After gaining experience in in-house marketing at a human resources firm, She participated in launching a new business venture in Italy.
Upon returning to Japan, She joined an e-commerce website development company where She provided end-to-end support—from customer acquisition to revenue maximization—with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. I subsequently joined Nobono.
She analyze not only changes in metrics but also the underlying user behavior to pursue reproducible improvements and deliver tangible results.

K.MURATA

After working on influencer marketing planning at a major IT company, he joined Nobono.
He is attuned to users’ emotions and keeps a keen eye out for insights, enabling him to provide results-driven strategic planning, operational support, and content design.
He finds solace in nature and tropical fish. On weekends, he eagerly enjoys exploring ramen shops.

He is of mixed Korean and Chinese heritage. He graduated from a high school in the United States and earned a degree from a top-ranked university. He then voluntarily enlisted in a frontline special forces unit in South Korea. After his discharge, he served as a special assistant to the chairman of an apparel company, where he gained experience in market trend analysis, developing SKU planning strategies, and translating documents in Chinese, English, and Korean. He specializes in providing strategic support—from market analysis to SKU planning—from both an on-the-ground and a global perspective.

He majored in foreign languages in college and has studied abroad.
After gaining experience as a programmer and an instructor at a programming school, he joined Nobono.
He is dedicated to becoming a consultant who can serve as a “partner” to our clients.
His hobby is music, and he says you can ask him anything about The Beatles or the guitar.

A.KAWAMOTO

After working as an app development engineer at a production company, she joined Nobono. She excels at designing customer experiences and serves as the bridge between customer experience and creativity. She enjoys planning that streamlines clutter and adds a touch of excitement. Naturally, her home is also kept neat and tidy.

After gaining experience at several production companies and manufacturers, she joined Nobono. Drawing on her background as a designer, she excels at providing precise art direction. She specializes in art direction that prioritizes user-friendly interfaces (UI).
She applies the concentration she developed through her hobby of bouldering and the flexibility she gained from yoga to her work. She absolutely loves small animals.

J.ZHANG

A new UX planner whose studies in psychology and cultural anthropology led him to make “connection” the central theme of his life. He seeks to understand how people, objects, and events are interconnected and how they influence one another—and in doing so, he aims to become someone who can bridge diverse fields by transcending boundaries. His hobbies are wide-ranging, but recently he has taken up DJing and growing houseplants.

S.KOYABU

She’s not just a copywriter; she also excels at creative direction from a branding perspective, including content planning and video planning. She’s very strict about sticking to schedules and enjoys managing projects.
Between her personal and professional life, she has traveled abroad more than 50 times and visited over 20 countries.

UX Designer
S.TAKAHASHI

Joined Nobono in 2022. Her work spans a wide range of disciplines, from UX planning to art direction and illustration. She excels at visualizing and expressing the “warmth” and “aftertaste” of everyday language. She is constantly gathering design insights—and loves doing so. Though she may seem gentle, she is unwavering and steadfast when it comes to design. Another key strength is her ability to create regulatory designs.

Art Director
A.KAWAMINAMI

Joined Nobono in 2018. A hands-on designer who consistently delivers results by balancing quality and speed. She is also a cautious planner who carefully considers design strategy down to the finest details. She is skilled in both print and web design. A font enthusiast who even creates her own typography. Based in Kyoto.
